This app is specifically designed for delivery drivers who work with Restaurant Delivery Services and rely on the WISDOM Restaurant Delivery Service Software. With the app installed on their iPhone or iPad, drivers can easily track their real-time GPS location, seamlessly transmitting it to WISDOM in the background. This feature ensures that dispatchers always have an accurate understanding of the driver's exact whereabouts.

One of the standout features of this app is its ability to facilitate real-time communication between drivers and dispatchers. Through the app, drivers can engage in live chat sessions with the dispatcher, enabling them to provide timely updates on order status and any other important information. Furthermore, an optional background audio feature comes in handy, as it continuously loops until an order requires attention.

In order to optimize battery life, the app cleverly utilizes a power-saving technique. After obtaining the driver's location, the app temporarily turns off the GPS antenna for 20 seconds before attempting to fetch the next update. This smart approach helps conserve battery power without compromising the accuracy of GPS tracking. However, it's worth noting that extended use of GPS running in the background can significantly impact battery life.
